Curd cake in a slow cooker (and without it)

No need to tell anyone about the benefits of cottage cheese. The recipe for how to make a cottage cheese cake also uses fruits. The structure of the dough resembles a cheesecake, very tender and soft. Try it yourself!

Flour – 65 grams
Butter – 70 Grams
Cookies – 200 Grams

Orange – 1 piece

How to cook “Curd cake in a slow cooker (and without it)”
1. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks. Add half the powdered sugar and a pinch of salt, beat with a mixer.
2. Next, send half the cottage cheese to the bowl and mix.
3. Then the second half of powdered sugar, cottage cheese and half of the flour. Mix with a mixer, and then pour out the rest of the flour.
4. Transfer the dough to another container and beat the whites with a pinch of salt with a mixer. You should get a thick foam.
5. Combine the proteins with the dough and gently mix in one direction with a wooden or silicone spatula.
7. Break shortbread cookies with a blender into crumbs. Add soft butter to it and mix well.
8. Grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker bowl with oil. Press down the cookie crumbs with your fingers, making small bumps. Then lay out half of the dough and flatten.
9. Closer to the edge, lay out the banana sliced ​​​​in rings, and in the center – diced orange. Then cover everything with the second half of the dough.
10. Bake the cake in the “Baking” mode for 45 minutes. After turning off the program, do not take out the pie for 15 minutes. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and thickener and spread the cake on top.
