Old Riga cottage cheese dessert – airy and tender

Ingredients:

400 gr cottage cheese (any fat content, does not affect the taste)
200 gr sour cream (any fat content)
20 gr gelatin
jar of pineapple cubes
0.5 liters of pineapple juice
vanillin
0.5-3/4 cans of condensed milk (adjust the sweetness to your liking)

Cooking:

Dissolve gelatin for 40-1 hour in pineapple juice (add liquid from pineapple cubes to it). Beat cottage cheese with sour cream, vinylin and condensed milk (you can use a blender). Dissolve the swollen gelatin over low heat (do not bring to a boil!), mix with sour cream and curd mixture and add pineapple cubes (pineapple should always be desirable, with it the taste is brighter). Pour the dessert into molds and refrigerate – after a few hours you can taste it, unusually tasty and tender!
