Homemade curd mass

Air curd mass can be an excellent breakfast, afternoon snack or snack for the whole family. The kids just love her. To make it useful, it is better to cook it at home.

Cottage cheese – 450 grams (fatty)
Vanillin – 2 grams
Sour cream – 150 grams
Condensed milk – 50 grams
Jam – 150 grams

How to cook “Curd mass at home”
1 First you need to grind the cottage cheese through a sieve until smooth. This can be done with a blender or meat grinder. You can use both homemade and store-bought high-fat cottage cheese.
2 Put the grated cottage cheese in a deep glass bowl. Add condensed milk, vanilla sugar, sour cream to it. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a wooden spoon or spatula until completely combined.
3 Add jam to the resulting mixture. This recipe uses sour cherries. If you also decide to add such jam, then check that the cherries are pitted. Stir the contents of the bowl again.
4 Now place the curd mass in the blender bowl and beat at maximum speed for a few minutes. You should get a homogeneous air mass. If you like, you can add pieces of fruit or whole cherries at the end.
5 Transfer the finished curd mass to any dish convenient for you, cover with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for several hours so that it cools and becomes thick.
