Low-calorie banana-curd dessert

Once and for all, giving up desserts, and indeed from everything sweet, is not for everyone. And no matter how great the desire to lose weight, the treacherous thought: “But should I eat this little piece of cake?” will periodically occur in people even with iron willpower. That is why it is better to foresee such a development of events in advance and go towards your body by treating it with a tasty, but healthy and dietary dessert – bananas baked under the curd mass.
100 grams of this delicacy contains only 85 kcal, and the taste pleasure when eating it will be no less strong than the pleasure from a high-calorie cake.

We are preparing a low-calorie banana-curd dessert.

Ingredients:
– 2 bananas (160 grams, without peel – 153 kcal);
– 1 egg (50 grams – 77 kcal);
– 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese (167 kcal);
– 100 ml of low-fat kefir (28 kcal);
– 50 grams of raspberries (20 kcal);
– 2 grams of cinnamon (2 kcal).

Ingredients
Cooking
1. First of all, you need to prepare a filling sauce from low-fat kefir and raspberries, for which both of these ingredients are placed in a blender bowl.
2. At maximum power, beat kefir with berries until a homogeneous raspberry yogurt is obtained.
3. Combine low-fat cottage cheese with an egg. Grind, but without fanaticism. The absence of lumps in the curd mass is not necessary, on the contrary, they give our banana-curd dessert a special charm.
4. Add raspberry yogurt to the egg-curd mass, mix.
5. Grease a baking dish lightly with butter.
6. Peel bananas, cut into circles and put them on the bottom of the mold.
7. Evenly distribute the curd mass on top, sprinkle it with cinnamon if desired.
8. Bake a low-calorie dessert at 200 degrees for no longer than 30 minutes.
A fragrant, juicy, moderately sweet, and most importantly, low-calorie treat is ready. Moreover, most likely, not only women who follow the figure will want to feast on them, but also their children, and maybe even husbands.
