Lazy semolina dumplings

The recipe for lazy semolina dumplings is ideal for lazy or busy housewives who love to please their loved ones with delicious and hearty breakfasts.
Ingredients

400 gr cottage cheese
2 eggs
5 tbsp semolina
2 tbsp Sahara

Recipe for cooking at home
1 Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt, vanilla sugar, sugar and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or just knead it well with a fork so that it becomes softer and more uniform.
2 Pour the egg mass into the curd and carefully grind with a fork until smooth. Add semolina sifted through a sieve to the curd mass and knead the dough with a spoon, cover the bowl with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
3 After the specified time, transfer the curd dough for lazy dumplings with semolina to a table sprinkled with flour and roll up a sausage about 3 cm wide. Cut the sausage into small pieces about 1 cm wide and transfer to a cutting board, after sprinkling it with flour.
4 The resulting semi-finished products can be sent to the freezer and stored there until such time as they are useful. Boil water in a saucepan, salt it and lower the required amount of dough products into it.
5 Cook lazy dumplings with semolina for about 3 minutes after they have floated to the surface. Then remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon on a dish and leave to cool for a couple of minutes. Add butter to taste, stir. Serve lazy dumplings hot, pouring them with sour cream, condensed milk, jam or honey. Enjoy your meal!
