Yeasted Soured Milk Donuts

For the recipe you will need:
wheat flour – 1kg
egg – 3 pcs.
sour milk – 2 cups
dry yeast – 10g
boiled water – 1 glass
salt – 1/2 tsp
sugar – 1.5 tbsp.
To cook Yeast donuts with sour milk, you need:

Dissolve yeast in warm water and leave for 20 minutes.

Pour milk with beaten eggs, water with yeast into flour, add salt and knead soft elastic dough. Cover bowl with dough and leave in a warm place to proof for about 1 hour. After an hour, punch down the dough and let rise again.

On a floured table, roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles with a shape.

Heat the vegetable oil and fry the donuts on it on both sides until golden brown.

Place finished donuts on paper towel to drain excess oil. If desired, donuts can be stuffed with cream or simply sprinkled with powdered sugar.
