Donuts with garlic

For the recipe you will need:
water (warm) – 300g
vegetable oil – 20g
yeast (fresh) – 20g
sugar – 1 tsp
salt – 1 tsp
flour – 500g
for brushing:

garlic – 3-4 cloves
salt – to taste
vegetable oil – 30g.
To make Garlic Donuts you need:

Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm water and leave for 20 minutes.

Pour water with yeast, remaining warm water and vegetable oil into flour. Knead a soft elastic dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Form small balls from the dough and fry them in oil until golden brown.

Pass the garlic through a press, add salt and vegetable oil. Pour this mixture over the donuts and stir.

Serve with borscht and soups.
