Abkhazian style pies with cheese

For the recipe you will need:
for the test:

flour – 3.5 cups
milk – 1 glass
water – 1 glass
egg – 1 pc.
butter – 50g
yeast – 15g
sugar – 1 tbsp
salt, pepper – to taste
For filling:

cheese or suluguni – 350g
butter – 50g
egg – 1 pc.
salt – to taste
fat (for frying)
To cook Abkhazian cheese pies you need:

Yeast, sugar and 1 tbsp. l flour, diluted in 1 glass of warm water and put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. Sift the flour with a slide, make a recess in it, pour in the milk, yolk and whipped protein, warm butter and yeast mixture. Knead the dough and keep it warm for 2-3 hours.

For the filling, grate the cheese, add the egg, oil, salt and mix everything. Roll out the finished dough thinly, cut out circles 4 cm in diameter, put a tablespoon of filling on each, connect the edges and pinch.

Fry pies in hot vegetable oil or fat.
