Puff pastry fish tarts

INGREDIENTS :
puff pastry salt, water, dill, vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. 500 g fish fillet, onion – 1 onion, 1 raw yolk, 1 hard-boiled egg. Cooking :

STEP 1
Wash the fillet, dry it, finely chop and sprinkle with a little salt. Peel the onion. Wash and dry dill. Cut onion, egg and dill
STEP 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion in it, 3 minutes. Add fish and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl. Add salt, pepper, egg, dill and mix.
STEP 4
Divide the dough into 2 parts. On a floured surface, roll out the first piece into a thin sheet. Cut into rectangles about 6 x 4 cm. Cut 2 small triangles from one end of each to make a fishtail. Roll out the second part of the dough and cut into the same rectangles. On half of the rectangles put 1 tbsp. l. fillings.
STEP 5
Dissolve the yolk in water. Lubricate the edges of the dough with it. Cover the rectangles with the filling with the remaining. Press the edges.
STEP 6
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment. Lay out the pies. With a sharp knife, shape them into fish. Outline the “eyes”, “gills” and “fins”. Lubricate the pies with the remaining yolk. Bake 30 minutes.
