Smoked salmon fritters with sauce pesto
For the recipe you will need:
milk – 1/2 cup
flour -120g
baking powder – 1/2 tsp
egg – 1 pc.
salt, black pepper (freshly ground) – to taste
pesto sauce (ready) – 2 tbsp.
sour cream – 200 ml.
salmon (smoked) – 100g
for decoration:
pine nuts
fresh herbs
To cook Pancakes with smoked salmon and pesto sauce you need:
Mix a quarter cup of milk with flour, add the egg, ready-made pesto sauce, salt and ground black pepper. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Add the rest of the milk and mix well again. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Spoon the dough into small portions, let the pancakes rise, then turn over and fry on the other side. Arrange the finished pancakes on a serving dish, put a spoonful of sour cream on top.
Cut the salmon into thin pieces about 1 cm wide and arrange them on pancakes. Sprinkle with roasted pine nuts on top and garnish with green leaves.
