Zucchini fritters with mushroom sauce

For the recipe you will need:
zucchini – 1kg
butter – 3 tbsp.
egg – 3 pcs.
salt, pepper – to taste
flour – 2 cups
soda – a pinch
sugar – 1/4 cup
for the mushroom sauce:

champignons – 300g
sour cream – 200g
flour – 2-3 tbsp
butter – 1-2 tbsp.
cream (11%) – 250-300 ml
To cook Pancakes from zucchini with mushroom sauce you need:

Peel the zucchini from the skin and seeds, chop and simmer until softened in oil. Then wipe hot and put oil in it, stir and cool. Beat the eggs into the chilled puree, salt and pepper to taste, add sugar. Then pour flour and soda into the mass: stir everything properly until bubbles appear. After that, you need to pour the dough with a spoon into a very hot frying pan, well oiled. Serve pancakes with mushroom sauce.
