Dumplings with dried mushrooms
Ingredients:
For 1 kg of raw dumplings:
boiled rice 150g,
dried mushrooms – 40g,
onion – 50g,
butter – 50g, salt.
Cooking:
Soak dried mushrooms for 3-4 hours, boil, finely chop, lightly sauté in fat, add onion sautéed in the same fat, stewed rice, salt and mix.
Boil in the same broth in which the mushrooms were soaked.
