Dumplings with fresh mushrooms

Ingredients:
Dough:
320g wheat flour
half egg,
120ml water
7g salt
20g flour for dusting
100g sour cream.

Ground meat:
150g boiled rice
40g dried mushrooms
50g onion,
50g butter,
salt.

Cooking:
Pour the sifted flour on the table, make a funnel in it, pour in water, an egg, add salt and knead a stiff dough. Cover the finished dough with a lid and let it stand for about half an hour. During this time, the gluten swells and the dough becomes elastic. Then cut the dough into pieces and form dumplings. Cook in small batches in boiling water (for 1 kg of products 4 liters of water and 40 g of salt). Serve with butter, oil and vinegar, sour cream, grated spicy cheese.

Minced meat preparation. Freshly picked mushrooms (boletus mushrooms, boletus mushrooms, boletus mushrooms, chanterelles will also go) soak, peel, boil, chop finely, lightly fry, add the sauteed onion, combine with stewed rice and mix.
