Dumplings with dried mushrooms and cabbage

Ingredients:
For 1 kg of raw dumplings:
fresh white cabbage – 500g,
oil – 100g,
dried mushrooms – 30g,
onion – 60g,
sour cream – 75g,
ground black pepper,
salt.

Cooking:
Finely chop fresh white cabbage and stew with butter, add finely chopped boiled mushrooms (dried mushrooms should be soaked, boiled, washed thoroughly and then chopped), sour cream, finely chopped onion, salt, black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and cut again with a knife. The stuffing should be uniform.
