Spinach, Bread and Tomato Salad
Ingredients:
1/4 red onion, cut into half rings
4 tbsp. l. olive oil
1/4 tbsp. and 1 tbsp. l. chopped dill
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 pcs. pita or lavash
2 tbsp. cherry tomatoes
6 art. young spinach
1/4 cucumber, cut into slices
1/4 tbsp. olives
Juice of 1 lemon
Cooking:
Soak red onion in cold water for 10 minutes. Смешать в миске 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, 1 ст. l. chopped dill, соль и перец. Grate the bread with some of the seasoned butter, then toss the remaining butter with the cherry tomatoes.
Fry the bread on a preheated grill pan until the characteristic marks from the grill appear, then the bread is torn into pieces. Then fry the cherry tomatoes in the same pan.
