Ingredients:
500 g mushrooms
1-2 heads of onions,
3-4 boiled potatoes,
green onion,
3-4 eggs
a few pickled cucumbers
hard cheese gram 200,
mayonnaise

Cooking:
We sort the mushrooms, wash, cut and fry in a pan and
onion. Boiled potatoes, eggs, pickles,
three cheese on a coarse grater.

1 layer – fried mushrooms with onions
2 layer – boiled potatoes
