Green borscht

To cook green borsch with sorrel and egg, you will need the following ingredients:
A bunch of beet and sorrel tops
Beans – 100 g
Potatoes – 4 pcs.
Onions, carrots – 1 pc.
Fresh cabbage – 1/2 wedge
Boiled egg – 1 piece
Green onion, parsley – a bunch
Sour cream or mayonnaise
Boil 3 liters of water, throw in chopped potatoes and pre-soaked beans. Cook after boiling for 10 minutes.
Fry finely chopped onions and carrots in a pan. It is more convenient to grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Cut beet tops, chop cabbage.
Finely chop the chicken egg.
Prepare sorrel
Throw cabbage into the pan, then beet greens, chopped sorrel, cook for 10 minutes.
Cut green onion and dill
Add frying, green onions, finely chopped dill.
Throw in the prepared egg. Salt, add bay leaf and peppercorns. Cook for 5 more minutes and turn off. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes and serve with sour cream or mayonnaise.
