Polish borscht

To prepare Polish borscht, you will need the following ingredients:
meat broth – 3 liters
beetroot and carrot
a couple of garlic cloves
allspice, bay leaf
salt

Приготовьте мясной бульон, заправленный лавровым листом, saltю и приправами.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a large grater and send the vegetables to the broth.
Grate the boiled beets on a large grater, and then add it to the broth. Put sour cream, spices and 1 tablespoon of vinegar into the borscht, squeeze the garlic into the borscht.
Then bring the soup to a boil.
