Multi-cooker chicken borscht

To make chicken borscht, you will need the following ingredients:
chicken
water
carrot
beet
tomato
potatoes (4 medium tubers)
juice of a quarter of a lemon
onion
dill
salt, spices
Cooking method: Chicken borscht in a slow cooker
It is much better to add a little fillet. It is also better to get rid of the skin, as it will not be very tasty in the soup. Let’s prepare the chicken. To do this, remove all the insides from it and wash it.
We cut the chicken, separating the legs, breast and wings. Drizzle the chicken pieces with lemon juice.
We will cook borsch for 46 minutes in a slow cooker.
Put the chicken in the multicooker bowl and pour 2 liters of water. Put the bowl of chicken in the slow cooker for 15 minutes (“Soup” mode). We will make a bookmark of all ingredients at a certain time.
Wash vegetables and herbs. Картофель, carrot и свеклу необходимо предварительно очистить. Первыми в суп будем закладывать продукты, которые дольше готовятся – свеклу и carrot.
Свеклу нарежем брусочками, а carrot – кубиками.
Помидоры и onion нарежем кубиками.
Potato – sliced.
Загрузим в мультиварку свеклу и carrot на 15 мин
Затем картофель и tomatoы на 15 мин
Последним добавим onion.
Солим и доводим суп до готовности еще 1 минуту, а тем временем мелко нарезаем зелень: dill и onion.
