Boyar-style cabbage soup with sour cream

INGREDIENTS:
300 g meat
200 g onion
100 g dried porcini mushrooms
3-4 garlic cloves
2.5 cups sauerkraut
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 parsley root
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp flour
cardamom
black pepper
salt
COOKING:
1 Fry the meat, boil the mushrooms, chop everything finely and put it in a clay pot: first the mushrooms, then the meat.
