Russian beef soup

INGREDIENTS:
800 g potatoes
350 g beef
350 g onion
100 g butter
Bay leaf
greens
pepper
salt
COOKING:
1 Peel the beef fillet from the bones, cut into medium-sized oblong pieces, cook the broth from the bones.
2 Pour the resulting broth into a pot, throw raw meat, put in the oven, heated to 150-200 degrees, for 30 minutes.
