Sakhalin-style salmon fillet in batter

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg pink salmon
1 head of onion
1 lemon
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3 tbsp vinegar 3%
1 bunch green onions
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch dill
ground white pepper
ground black pepper
salt
for batter:
2 eggs
1.5 cups milk
2/3 cup flour
2 tsp vegetable oil
COOKING:
1Peel fillet of pink salmon, remove all bones, wash and cut into pieces.
2Mix lemon juice, vinegar, white and black pepper, chopped parsley and dill to prepare the marinade.
3 Put the fish into the resulting marinade and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
4 To prepare the batter, you need to add vegetable oil, egg yolks to chilled milk, salt everything, mix with sifted flour, prepare batter.
Make a thick foam from the egg whites, gradually add to the batter, mix well.
Dip fish pieces in batter, put in a pan, fry until golden brown.
7 Pink salmon fillet in Sakhalin-style batter can be served with chopped green onions, pan-fried onion rings, and tomato sauce.
