Homemade Paella with Mussels and Shrimp

The world-famous Hollywood actor himself perfected the recipe for this Spanish dish. The classic cooking scheme is slightly simplified, which does not make paella less tasty, healthy and nutritious. A romantic dish, full of vitality and flavor of sunny Valencia.
INGREDIENTS:
round grain rice 500 g
shrimp 12 pcs.
mussels 12 pcs.
bay leaf 2 pcs.
onion 1 head
olive oil 4 tbsp
ground paprika 1 tsp
garlic 2 cloves
fish broth 1.25 l
ground black pepper
parsley
saffron
salt
COOKING:
1 In a deep frying pan in hot olive oil, fry the shrimp and mussels, the latter should open. ADVICE
You can use any seafood to prepare this paella, they can also be replaced with several types of fish.
