Spanish Simple Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 500 g
olive oil 3 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
garlic 4 cloves
salt 1.25 tsp
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
mayonnaise
COOKING:
