Delicate Vanilla Cheese Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 15% 500 g
sour cream 100 g
eggs 5 pcs.
sugar 1 cup
starch 2 tbsp
vanillin 1 pack
COOKING:
1Separate the yolks from the whites. Place all ingredients, except proteins, in a bowl and punch until smooth with a blender. Cool the whites and beat with the addition of sugar until peaks. With gentle movements, fold the proteins into the curd mass.
2Place the resulting mixture into a mold, cook for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. After the allotted time has elapsed, cool the cottage cheese pudding with vanilla without removing it from the oven. Decorate before serving.
ADVICE
Pudding can be prepared in a slow cooker using the “Baking” program. In no case should you open the oven door and the lid of the multicooker during cooking and until the pudding has completely cooled, as it will settle.
