Shepard’s Cottage Pie

The approximate date of birth of this English dish is the end of the 18th century. It is somewhat reminiscent of our usual potato casserole with meat, only with the addition of various vegetables.
INGREDIENTS:
minced beef 500 g
hard cheese 150 g
potatoes 6 pcs.
onion 1 head
frozen vegetables 1 cup
1/2 cup tomato paste
soy sauce 1 tbsp.
ground black pepper
salt
COOKING:
1Make mashed potatoes with milk and butter. Heat oil in a frying pan, put finely chopped onion, fry until the color changes to golden, add the minced meat, fry until it is ready, but it can be a little longer until brownish.
