Three Vegetables Diet

The Three Vegetables Diet is a vegetarian diet for those who love vegetables.
Nutrition during the diet period is structured as follows: every 2 days we eat 3 types of vegetables, then choose 3 other types. Vegetables can be anything except potatoes.
You can eat the vegetables that you have chosen in any form, only not fried: raw, in the form of a salad, stewed, boiled, baked with herbs and spices (except salt and sugar), etc. The total weight of vegetables eaten per day should be equal to 400 g per day, for 4 – 5 doses. Also, daily you need to eat 30 g of hard cheese (or 1 egg instead) and 50 g of black bread.
From drinks it is allowed to drink water without gas, black and green tea. The latter can be drunk with honey – 1 teaspoon per cup, per day – no more than 2 tablespoons of honey.
Diet “three vegetables” can be followed no more than 4 times a month.

The basis of the diet is a salad of 1 kg. cucumbers with black pepper and herbs, but without salt. For dressing, we use 30 g of mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream.
We divide the salad into 3 equal parts and eat at the indicated time, at the last meal we season the salad with a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
The diet is low-calorie, it is recommended to use it no more than 1 time per year. During the period, it is mandatory to take vitamin complexes, and if you feel very hungry, drink 5 tablets of microcrystalline cellulose with one to two glasses of water about 30 minutes before meals.
Menu:
Breakfast at any time, according to your taste – but not more than 200 kcal, with a cup of coffee or tea with sugar.
In the period from 12:00 to 14:00, 16:00 to 17:00 and 19:00 to 20:00 – cucumber salad with a slice of bread.
At 22:00-23:00, before going to bed, eat 1 large apple, or 2 oranges, or a pear, or a banana, or a fruit salad.
