The Cabbage Soup Diet

This diet can be classified as low-calorie and low-carb, it can not be maintained more than 1 time per year. The food of every day is the same, which is psychologically difficult to bear. In between meals, you can eat only raw cabbage in unlimited quantities,
but no additives. We drink only water or green tea, no more than 2 liters. in a day.

For the entire period of the diet

Breakfast: coffee without sugar, can be with a sweetener.
Lunch: cabbage salad with 1 tablespoon of unrefined vegetable oil; a day later, add a hard-boiled egg to dinner.
Dinner: 200 g of boiled lean meat or fish or a glass of kefir (or bifidok, or natural drinking yogurt without additives).
