What causes obesity, how to deal with obesity

6 types of obesity, what causes them and how to deal with them, the causes and consequences of obesity.

1. Obesity overeating.

Overeating is the main cause of overweight problems in the world. If you have fat evenly accumulated in all upper parts of the body, then you eat too much sugar and generally overeat.
It may seem to you yourself that this is not the reason: they say that colleagues or family members eat even more, but at the same time they do not gain weight so quickly. What can be said here? Most likely, you underestimate the amount you eat and overestimate the amount eaten by others.
In general, if you have this problem, then three simple rules will help you. Firstly,
drink 500 ml of pure water half an hour before meals. This will help you eat less at lunch or dinner.
Secondly, start drinking tea and coffee without sugar (you will soon get used to it, and you will even start to like it), and for some time you will have to give up sweets altogether.
Third, make sure you get at least 30 minutes a day (every day!) of moderate exercise. Charging is everything!

2. “Nervous” tummy.

If your fat accumulates exclusively in the abdomen, then its cause is either depression, or stress, or the constant feeling of anxiety that you have to live with.
People suffering from a “nervous stomach” eat a lot of sweets to eat away stress. If you find a way to be a little less nervous, then drastically reduce your candy intake. This will get rid of excess fat.

3. Gluten obesity.

People who have extra pounds accumulate in the thighs are victims of hormonal imbalance or menopause. To combat this kind of obesity, you need to avoid smoking and alcohol, try to sit less and move more.
You need to “restart” your metabolism. Otherwise, you will sigh all your life, standing on the scales.

4. Atherogenic metabolic imbalance.

People with this type of obesity tend to accumulate fat in their abdomen and therefore have trouble breathing.
The first thing you should do is stop drinking alcohol. Well, then – according to the traditional list: exercises in the morning, once or twice a week – to the gym, and a new diet. It implies: more food of plant origin and less – animal.

5. Obesity of venous channels.

It is believed that we will inherit this type of obesity genetically. Fat concentrated in legs, is not the result of a wrong lifestyle. Everything is worse.
Women with this type of obesity struggle with swollen feet all the time. This problem is especially aggravated during pregnancy.
People who suffer from fat legs need to run more often and walk up and down stairs. Give your legs a regular workout!

6. Obesity inactivity.

This type of obesity is typical for people who used to be very active physically. For example, they went in for sports or hard physical labor. And now they are inactive, sitting in offices or cars, and because of this they have a huge belly.
To get rid of this problem, you need to avoid long periods of fasting. You need to eat more than once or twice a day. Seriously. This will save you from chronic overeating in the evenings.
You are unlikely to start running anyway, so you will have to seriously rebuild your approach to diet. There are more, but less. More vegetables = less pasta, more fruits = fewer donuts.
