Why is it so easy and imperceptible to gain extra pounds

Why are extra pounds so easily, quickly and imperceptibly gained?

1. You are eating too much sugar.
Sugar is present in many of the foods you eat every day, from breakfast cereals to drinks like coffee and tea with sugar, sodas and packaged juices, and energy drinks. Pay attention to how much sugar is in the foods that are part of your daily diet, and try to avoid those that contain a lot of sugar. These are extra calories stored in your body in the form of fat cells, which show up on the overall shape of your body.

Be especially careful with seemingly innocuous foods like yogurt, protein bars, and quick breakfast ingredients.

2. You often eat desserts
We always find reasons to eat dessert – for example, in honor of Sunday, for some regular holiday, or just to cheer up. Eliminate desserts from your almost daily diet with or without reason! If you do not make such a strong-willed decision, then this will continue indefinitely. Just give up once and for all from this harmful habit. Desserts are the main source of excess sugar that appears in your body; these are extra calories and the main enemy of your waist.
Save desserts for the really special occasions, and try to have as much fresh fruit as possible in your dessert.

3. You are addicted to unhealthy snacks.
For several years now, snacks have been considered one of the best ways to maintain a metabolic rate. Indeed, in order to burn calories, you need to eat often and in small portions throughout the day, eating foods high in protein and fiber. But it is very important to choose the right snacks and remember that most fast foods will only get you better.
Most snacks advertised as healthy are crunchy and salty. These two properties are never inherent in healthy natural products. As a rule, the composition of such “snacks” includes carbohydrates and sugar. Therefore, if you want to get rid of your “outstanding” belly, it is also advisable to give up this habit.
If you feel hungry between meals, then use for a snack natural foods containing protein and fiber. For example, boiled eggs and cucumber or tuna and celery.

4. You drink alcohol regularly
Daily—or almost daily—drinking of alcohol contributes to the accumulation of excess fat, and it can also lead to addiction. In general, alcoholic beverages are high in calories, and all for the same reason – they are high in sugar. Choose: alcohol or waist! Include fun drinks less often in your menu, and soon you will notice that you lose those extra pounds faster and easier.

5. You don’t move much.
This is the one that needs the least explanation, right? If you do not exercise and lead a sedentary lifestyle, then you have nowhere to spend calories, and you simply leave your body no choice but to accumulate them in the form of body fat.
Your body needs movement and at least a basic workout. Otherwise, those extra pounds will stay with you forever!
