Effective morning exercises

At what time of the day is exercise most beneficial to the body? Morning exercises are the most effective, it is with their help that you will get rid of extra pounds, tighten your muscles and get the strongest charge of vivacity.

Morning exercise saturates the blood with oxygen, helps to correct drowsiness and apathy, improves immunity and actively burns fat cells. The main thing is to correctly compose a set of exercises.
Yoga and Pilates are not suitable as morning exercise. Smooth and slow exercises will not bring any benefit to the body. Movements should be fast and energetic so that the blood is saturated with oxygen, and the body quickly comes into tone after a long sleep. The set of exercises should be approximately the following.

Start your morning workout with a 10-minute brisk walking set. It is not necessary for this to leave the apartment and go to the park or the stadium, the main thing is to carefully monitor the position of the foot. It cannot be completely torn off the floor, only partially – first you lean on your heel, then transfer the load to your fingers. Walk around the room, but be careful not to get carried away and start running. After the first five minutes, you can take a 30-second break and start again.

Stand barefoot on the mat and alternate these exercises for two minutes: first, make sharp swings with your legs to the sides and forward, then vigorously bend and unbend your legs at the knees.

The best workout for the press will be the leg movements “scissors”. Raise your legs while lying on your back and keep them straight. Cross them alternately, while straining the press. Watch your breath. Perform 3 sets of 10 crosses.

Squats with a shift in the center of gravity of the body will help you get pumped up buttocks and a thin waist. Complicate the task: perform ordinary squats, transferring all the weight to the heels. Do you want to achieve visible results faster? Squat on your toes – this way you will work out the gluteal muscle much faster. 3 sets of 20 squats will be enough.
