Cheesecake mass with dried apricots

My favorite food for breakfast is cottage cheese! It is insanely healthy and perfectly satisfies hunger. Especially if mixed with fruit. Here’s how to cook curd mass with dried apricots.

Preparation description:
I prefer to cook the curd mass myself. Firstly, you can experiment with the ingredients, and secondly, it is easier to find good cottage cheese than a ready-made product. In the store curd mass, there are solid preservatives and dyes. And I want to use what is still useful.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese – 400 grams
Dried apricots – 100 grams
Sour cream – 3 tbsp. spoons
Sugar – 50 Grams
Vanillin – 1 Piece

Servings: 4
How to cook “Cheese mass with dried apricots”
step 1 Take cottage cheese. Best of all, of course, if you buy a homemade one or make it yourself from milk. But these times, when kefir and cottage cheese could be made from store-bought milk, have long sunk into oblivion. Therefore, I took the usual cottage cheese in a pack in the amount of two pieces. I rubbed it through a sieve to make it airy.
Step 2 Pour sugar into the resulting crumbly mass. We grind it with cottage cheese. Add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt to taste. Yes, and one more thing: if you took fatty or, as sometimes happens, “wet” cottage cheese, then you will get not a crumbly, but a liquid mass. Then you can do without sour cream.
step 3 Now about dried fruits. Of course, you have the right to take dried apricots, rinse and cut them right away. But then it will be tough. Perhaps someone will like this option. But I recommend soaking dried apricots in warm water for an hour before cutting into pieces. Then it will wash better, and it will become softer, and the taste will be revealed better. Add chopped dried apricots to the curd mass and mix. Part of dried apricots can be left for decoration.
step 4 Add a pinch of vanillin as a finishing touch. The mass must be thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle the remaining pieces of dried apricots on top. Curd mass is ready for use!
