Raisin curd mass

INGREDIENTS

Cottage cheese – 300 grams;
Raisins – 70 grams;
Butter – 30 grams;
Sour cream – 80 grams;
Vanilla sugar – 10 grams;
Powdered sugar – 60 grams

COOKING PROCESS

Let’s take such products: cottage cheese, raisins, butter, sour cream, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar.

Pour boiling water over raisins. We leave for 5-10 minutes. Then drain the water and pat dry with a paper towel.
I used cottage cheese 18% fat. We rub through a fine sieve.
Adjust the powdered sugar to your taste. Pour vanilla sugar, sour cream, powdered sugar. Rub well with a wooden spoon.
