Oatmeal with parsley and cheese for breakfast

Ingredients:

Oat flakes 5 tbsp. a spoon
Hard cheese 50 g
Parsley to taste
Water 3/4 cup
Salt to taste

Oatmeal is the most useful porridge, about the miraculous properties of which you can write treatises. Oatmeal can be cooked in water, milk, chicken broth. It can be used as an independent dish or served with scrambled eggs, cutlets, stewed fish, etc. Personally, I can’t imagine breakfast without oatmeal: hearty, tasty and healthy, plus it cooks quickly.

Recently, looking through a women’s magazine, I came across an interesting recipe – oatmeal with parsley and cheese for breakfast. Prepared, tried and satisfied. I suggest you diversify your morning menu by preparing such a delicious porridge for breakfast.

Cooking steps:
1) Pour oatmeal into a deep plate. We will not cook them, but only pour boiling water.
2) Pour a pinch of salt and pour the flakes with boiling water. Mix and cover with a saucer. After three to five minutes, the oatmeal will absorb all the liquid.
3) Wash fresh parsley thoroughly, shake off the water, chop as small as possible and add to the porridge.
4) Three hard cheeses on a coarse grater (I have Polish, you can add any variety), send the grated cheese to the porridge and mix. That’s all the preparation. Oatmeal with parsley and cheese for breakfast is ready! In a warm porridge, the cheese begins to melt instantly, giving off its flavors. Parsley also saturates the dish with new flavors.
