Fruit Breakfast with Cereal and Yogurt.

We bring to your attention a recipe for a light dish that combines extraordinary taste and invaluable benefits. This is a fruit dessert with yogurt and oatmeal. It can be served for breakfast or as a last course for lunch and dinner. This food is much superior in quality and taste to the quick dry breakfasts or sandwiches that many schoolchildren and adults are used to. In addition, this sweet dish will perfectly fit into the diet menu and diversify a boring diet. Eating and losing weight with such a delicacy is a pleasure!
For its preparation, you can use any fruit or berries. To dress the dessert, we will use store-bought or homemade fruit yogurt.
So, we are preparing a fruity breakfast with oatmeal.

Ingredients
For two or three servings

Oatmeal (for steaming) – ½ cup
Banana – 1 pc.
Apple – 1 pc.
Yogurt – ½ cup
Chocolate – about 20 g

Cooking
Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. We do the same with the apple.
Pour instant oatmeal with yogurt and leave for ten minutes.
Flakes should be well soaked and swell.
We take a bowl and put banana slices on the bottom.
We make a layer of oatmeal. Lay out the apple slices. And again a layer of oatmeal.
Sprinkle the top of the dessert with grated chocolate. You can decorate it in many ways – for example, sprinkle with chopped nuts, cookie crumbs with cereals or chopped dried fruits. In any case, it will be tasty and healthy.
Fruit breakfast with oatmeal and yogurt is ready. Now you can start tasting. This light dish in the morning will energize you for a long time.
