Cheesecakes with sour cream filling

For the recipe you will need:
yeast dough (butter sponge) – 800g
cottage cheese (fatty) – 300g
egg – 1 pc.
sugar – 1/2 cup
raisins or candied fruits – 1 handful
sour cream – 350g.
To prepare Cheesecakes with sour cream filling you need:

Soak raisins in hot water for 25 minutes. Put gauze on the bottom of a colander and put cottage cheese in it. Press with a heavy press and leave for 1 hour. Then rub the curd through a sieve and mix with the beaten egg with sugar. Throw the raisins in a colander, dry and add to the cottage cheese. You can replace the raisins with finely chopped candied fruits.

Roll out the dough on a floured board into 2 rectangular layers 0.5–0.8 cm thick. Put the filling in an even layer over the entire surface and roll the layers into rolls. Cut each roll into slices 2-3 cm thick, place the circles on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 190C until golden brown. Beat sour cream with a whisk. Put the finished cheesecakes hot in a dish and immediately pour sour cream. Cover with a lid or foil and refrigerate.
