Chocolate Cheesecakes with Potatoes and Mushrooms

For the recipe you will need:
dough:

kefir – 1 glass
yeast (dry) – 11g
sugar – 1/2 tbsp.
salt – 1/4 tsp
starch – 2 tbsp.
margarine or vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
flour – 2 cups
filling:

potatoes – 10 pcs.
sour cream – 150g
onion – 2 pcs.
mushrooms – 350g
vegetable oil (for frying)
salt, pepper – to taste.
To cook Cheesecakes with potatoes and mushrooms you need:

Saute mushrooms and onions separately. Then mix, pepper, salt. Boil peeled potatoes in salted water and mash with sour cream. Pour sugar, salt, yeast into warm kefir and stir. Then add starch, butter, flour. Knead a stiff dough, roll into a ball and put in a warm place for proofing.

As soon as the dough rises, roll out the tourniquet. From the tourniquet, cut pieces of dough, which are rolled into cakes. Make indentations in the cakes and place on a baking sheet.

First, put the mushroom filling into the recesses, cover with mashed potatoes from the top of the pastry bag. Put in an oven preheated to 200C and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
