Cheesecakes with cranberries

For the recipe you will need:
butter – 20g
flour – 250g
salt – 1/2 tsp
yeast (dry) – 1 tsp
sugar – 25g
water – 130 ml
powdered sugar (for serving) – to taste
For filling:

cranberries – 110g
sugar – 150g
water – 40 ml.
To make Cheesecakes with Cranberries:

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 10 minutes. Then, adding salt, melted butter and sifted flour, knead an elastic dough. Cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, cranberries and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Cook the cranberries over low heat for about 10 minutes until the berries float. After removing from the heat, remove the cranberries from the syrup with a slotted spoon and cool.

Punch down the risen dough, divide into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Having formed a recess in the middle of each ball, spread the cooled cranberries in them. Let the cheesecakes stand for 10 minutes, then put the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200C in the oven until browned.

Cool the finished cheesecakes and serve, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
