Prune Cheesecakes

For the recipe you will need:
for the test:

milk – 300 ml
dry yeast – 11g
sugar – 4 tbsp.
egg – 1 pc.
vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
salt – 1 pinch
butter (melted) – 5 tbsp.
vodka or cognac – 1 tsp
flour – 400-500g
egg (yolk) – for greasing the dough
For filling:

cottage cheese (5%) – 180g
curd mass (vanilla) – 180g
prunes – 100g
egg – 2 pcs.
To prepare Cheesecakes with prunes you need:

Knead the dough from 100 g of milk, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, yeast and 1 tbsp. l. flour. Leave warm for 15 minutes to let the dough rise. Add the remaining sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, milk, egg and cognac to the dough that has come up. Then gradually add the sifted flour to the consistency of thick sour cream. Add melted butter and mix well. Pour in the remaining flour. The dough should be soft and not sticky to your hands. Leave the dough warm for 1.5 hours.

For the filling, mash cottage cheese and curd mass with a fork, add eggs and mix well. Then add finely chopped prunes.

Form balls from the risen dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper greased with vegetable oil. Let stand 20 minutes. Then we make a recess in the balls with the bottom of the glass. So that the balls do not stick to the glass, grease the bottom with vegetable oil. Put the filling in the recess, grease the edges of the dough with yolk.

Bake at a temperature of 200C until the dough is browned for about 30-40 minutes.
