Pineapple Choux Dough Cheesecakes

For the recipe you will need:
wheat flour – 2 cups
butter or margarine – 200g
water – 1.5 cups
salt – to taste
egg – 8 pcs.
canned pineapple (cut rings) – 1 can.
To prepare Cheesecakes from choux pastry with pineapple, you need:

Boil water with oil and a pinch of salt. Pour flour into boiling water and stir until a homogeneous, smooth mass is obtained. Cool to room temperature and beat in egg after egg, stirring constantly. The dough should become sticky and sticky. Soak the pineapple on a paper towel. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Squeeze out the dough onto paper using a pastry syringe or bag. Put a piece of pineapple on top and press lightly so that the dough protrudes from under the pineapple. From the same confectionery syringe, squeeze the dough along the edge of the pineapple, forming sides.

Put the cheesecakes in an oven preheated to 180C and bake for 25-30 minutes. You can decorate with whipped cream or cream if desired.
