Jammy Donuts

For the recipe you will need:
yeast (fresh) – 20g
salt – 5g
egg – 1 pc.
sugar – 15g
vegetable oil – 30g
water – 190g
flour – 400g
apple jam – to taste.
To cook Donuts with jam you need:

Dilute yeast with water and sugar, add salt, egg and gradually mix in the sifted flour. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Divide the risen dough into pieces of 50-60g.

Roll out a cake from each piece, in the center of which put jam. Connect the edges of the cake to form a round donut.

Fry donuts in hot oil on all sides, transfer to a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
