Pepper and Herb Pizza

Required products:
Pizza dough:
wheat flour – 200 g, butter – 150 g,
egg – 1 pc., sugar – 20 g, salt – 4 g.

Pizza topping:
sweet red pepper (pods) – 5 pcs., sweet yellow pepper (pods) – 5 pcs.,
canned tomatoes – 6 pcs., dill, parsley, celery (greens) – 1 tbsp. spoon
butter – 30 g, sour cream -150 g, onion – 3 pcs., garlic – 3 cloves,
hot red pepper, salt – to taste.

Recipe preparation method:
Prepare puff pastry and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll into a layer and put on a baking sheet. Cut the tomatoes into 4-6 pieces each and put on the dough. Peel the sweet pepper, chop coarsely, add the onion, cut into half rings, fry in butter and spread evenly on the tomatoes. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, parsley, celery and dill, pour with whipped sour cream and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Serve the pizza warm.
