Fish dumplings

Ingredients:

Dough:
320 g wheat flour,
half egg,
120 ml of water
7 g salt
20 g flour for dusting.

Ground meat:
450 g fish fillet,
75 g onion
50 g butter
salt,
pepper.

For submission:
100 g butter.

Cooking:
Pour flour on the table, make a funnel in it, pour in water, an egg, add salt and knead a stiff dough. Close the finished dough with a lid and let it stand for about half an hour, so that during this time the gluten swells and the dough becomes elastic. Then cut the dough into pieces, roll out the cakes, put the minced meat in the center and form dumplings. Cook in small batches in boiling water (for 1 kg of products 4 liters of water and 40 g of salt).

Minced meat preparation. Филе любой рыбы (трески, налима, щуки и т.п.) промыть и измельчить на мясорубке 2 раза вместе с сырым луком, добавить salt, перец, сливочное масло и хорошо перемешать. Serve dumplings with melted butter in a pan.
