Jiaozi dumplings

Ingredients:
250 g pork
250 g dill, parsley and other herbs,
2.5 cups flour
1 glass of water
2 bulbs
ginger, black pepper – to taste.

Cooking:
Finely chop the meat, onion and greens, squeeze out excess juice and add salt and spices. Prepare the dough from flour and very cold water, roll into a tourniquet, divide into balls and flatten into pancakes. Put minced meat in them and make dumplings. Dip dumplings into boiling water. When the water boils again, add cold water, bring to a boil and take out the finished dumplings.
