Potato roll.

Ingredients:
– Potatoes – 8-10 Pieces
– Egg – 4 Pieces
– Onion – 2 Pieces
-Flour – 2 Art. spoons
– Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon (+ for frying onions)
– ground black pepper – to taste
– Salt – to taste

Cooking method:

To begin with, we need to boil the potatoes (in uniforms) until fully cooked, we need to salt the water. After the potatoes are cooked, let them cool down a little, and peel the potatoes.

Next, we chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Hard-boiled chicken eggs, peel and cut them into small cubes.

Mash the boiled potatoes to the consistency of mashed potatoes, add flour and a teaspoon of vegetable oil to it, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Now we need to roll out the potato dough into a thin layer, this can be done on a floured table or using cling film. In a separate bowl, mix the fried onion and egg, salt and pepper the filling, spread it evenly on the potato layer.

Gently fold the potato layer with the filling into a roll and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, sprinkle the roll on all sides with flour.

We put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake the roll for half an hour. The finished dish can be eaten either hot or cold, as you like.
