How delicious to fry potatoes with bacon

Ingredients needed to make fried potatoes:

Salt to taste
For 0.5 kg of potatoes, you need to take about 150 g of fat.

Recipe:

1. Peel and cut potatoes. You can cut into strips or slices. Can be cut into circles and half circles.

4. 7-8 minutes after the potatoes were laid out, you can mix them a second time.

5. Peel and finely chop the onion.
6. Mix the potatoes and put the onion on top, then cover and reduce the heat to medium. Stir potatoes every 4-5 minutes. And fry until done.

7. Almost at the very end, salt the potatoes with lard to taste.

Fried potatoes with bacon can be served with a salad of vegetables or pickles. Enjoy your meal!
