Chinese-style fried rice with vegetables and eggs

Ingredients:
Rice – 100 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Carrots – ½ piece
Onion – 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
Fresh peas – 3 tbsp.
Canned corn – 2-3 tbsp.
Soy sauce (optional) – 2-3 tbsp.

How to prepare a recipe

1 Boil rice and drain in a colander to cool.

2 Saute chopped onion in a pan until translucent.

3 Then add the diced carrots. Simmer until soft.

4 Add pepper.

5 Immediately put the peas.
And canned corn is also added at the same time.
Let the vegetables simmer together for a bit.
You can take other vegetables if you wish, for example, many mixtures are sold: asparagus, corn, pepper, etc.

6 Crack an egg into the skillet, season with salt and stir with a fork until lightly set. That is, it should not turn out to be a whole pancake, but small pieces.
It can be cooked in a separate pan, or together with vegetables. If you cook this way, then just push them aside, and fry the eggs on the free half.

7 Pour rice, egg and mix everything.

8 Immediately add soy sauce and mix again so that the grains become evenly brown.

9 Leave to stew on very low heat for 3-4 minutes.

10 And everything is ready. If necessary, add salt to taste, but in general, soy sauce is here instead of salt. And if there is no soy sauce, then it’s not scary – you can do without it.
