Batum Cutlets

Juicy, bright, tasty meatballs. Surrounded by fresh vegetables and fragrant spices. Moderately spicy and spicy. Help yourself!

Minced meat (veal-pork-chicken in equal proportions) – 700 g
Bulgarian pepper (multi-colored, not very large) – 2 pcs
Potatoes (medium) – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 tooth.
Onion – 1 pc.
Salt (Svan, Adyghe or Georgian) – to taste
Breadcrumbs
Spices (a pinch: adjika, suneli hops)

Scroll the meat on the middle rack along with raw potatoes and bell peppers. Also pass onion and garlic through a meat grinder. I have mixed minced meat, but you can take the meat that you prefer. Add salt, adjika and suneli. If you do not have Svan or Georgian salt and nowhere to buy it, then you can make it yourself, fortunately, there are these recipes on our website. Knead the mince thoroughly.

Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in vegetable oil until cooked.
By the way, you can not bread in breadcrumbs. Cutlets keep their shape perfectly and do not fall apart.
