Hollandaise sauce. An old recipe

200 g butter, 2 tsp. flour, 1 cup white broth, 1 yolk, salt, juice from 1/2 lemon

Heat the butter on the stove, add flour and a glass of salted white broth to it. Cook until thickened, beat in 1 yolk, stirring vigorously, pour in lemon juice and serve.
