Fish salad with tartar sauce

Tartar sauce and fish are a wonderful combination. Layered salad with boiled fish, smeared with tartar sauce diversifies the daily menu or decorates the festive table of lovers of fish and this sauce.

boiled fish – 200 gr.;
boiled carrots – 300 gr.;
hard cheese – 100 gr.;
boiled eggs – 5 pcs.;
boiled potatoes – 200 gr.;
tartar sauce – 300-400 ml.
Cooking:
To prepare this salad, you first need to prepare the tartar sauce of mayonnaise consistency according to this recipe .. We take 2 yolks to prepare the sauce and be sure to use a raw yolk or a quail egg. The sauce should not be very thick, you can dilute it with boiled water at room temperature.
Next, layer on the lettuce. The first layer is boiled potatoes grated on a coarse grater. Lightly brush with sauce.

Then pieces of boiled fish fillet (this time I used pilengas). Drizzle with tartar sauce.
The next layer is boiled carrots grated on a medium grater (we leave a little carrot to decorate the salad). A little more sauce.
We rub the whites of our 5 boiled eggs on a medium grater and lay them out in the next layer. Add just a little sauce.
We rub the cheese on a medium grater and lay out the next layer. More sauce.
Grate the remaining 3 yolks (2 we used to make the sauce) on a fine grater and sprinkle them over the top of the salad.

We decorate the salad. I used carrots, egg whites and green onions for this. Let the salad rest.
